KNIGHTVERSE WHITEPAPER

The 3D hero arena, the Genesis NFT collection and the $KNIGHT economy on Elysium Chain: how the game works, how it is launched and how value flows.

This document describes the current plan. Items marked Planned are not live yet and may change before launch.

01. Overview

KnightVerse is a turn-based 3D arena RPG that runs in the browser, on desktop and on mobile, with nothing to install. Every hero is an NFT: you collect heroes from the Genesis collection, build teams and fight other teams and giant raid bosses.

Two factions, Human (El Morad) and Karus (Orc), field four classes: Warrior, Rogue, Mage and Priest. Every NFT carries its own stats, printed on its card, and every one of them counts in battle. Heroes gain XP in every fight and grow up to level 59.

The project is built in clear steps: the Genesis mint, a holder-only test arena, the token sale and TGE, then the full play-to-earn game, and later the in-game store. Each step is described below.

02. Elysium Chain & Kalos

Elysium Chain

KnightVerse is built on Elysium, the EVM chain from Kinetiq that settles to HyperEVM, the EVM side of Hyperliquid. Fees are paid in HYPE and are low, which keeps minting, trading and daily withdrawals cheap.

The heroes are standard ERC-721 NFTs and $KNIGHT is a standard ERC-20 token, so they work with the usual EVM wallets.

Kalos

The Genesis collection is minted and traded on Kalos, the NFT launchpad and marketplace on Elysium. Minting is random: you choose how many boxes you want and each box reveals one hero.

Secondary sales carry a 10% creator fee, which goes back into building the game.

03. Heroes & Genesis NFTs

Every hero has five stats: STR, HP, DEX, MP and INT. Each NFT rolls its own values inside the range of its rarity, so two heroes of the same class and rarity are never identical. The class decides which stat drives its damage; the other stats still matter:

  • HP — total health
  • MP — how fast the attack bar fills
  • DEX — critical hits and dodging
  • STR — armor (less damage taken)
  • INT — resistance to bad effects
  • Main stat — the damage of the class

RareHigher range15%2 $KNIGHT
EpicHigh range30%5 $KNIGHT
LegendaryTop range50%10 $KNIGHT

Every hero gets a set reward for each win, by its rarity. Base win rates are the balancing targets for PvE. In PvP, heroes only meet heroes of the same rarity, so a Common team is never thrown against Legendaries.

04. The Arena

Battles are turn-based. Each unit has an attack bar that fills with its speed; when it is full, the unit acts. Every hero has three skills: a basic attack, a skill with a cooldown and an ultimate. Effects such as Stun, Burn, Poison, Armor Break and Attack Up change the fight. Players can play every move themselves or switch on auto battle, at 1x to 3x speed.

PvP Arena

Pick 1 to 3 heroes. The rival team has the same size and the same rarity, and each rival hero is matched to the level of the hero it faces.

+10 points per hero for a win, +3 per hero for a loss.

Boss Raids

Five heroes against one giant boss with three phases that grow stronger as its health drops. A lost raid gives +3 points per hero.

Raid token rewards are not set yet; they will be announced after the test phase.

  • 3 battles per hero per day. The limit resets at 00:00 UTC. It keeps the game fair for people with little time and keeps bots and token emission under control.
  • Rankings. Battle points add up on a public leaderboard (top 500 shown). The ranking of the holder test phase is used for the tester airdrop (section 9).
  • No penalty for losing. A loss still gives points and XP; nothing is destroyed or taken away.

05. XP & Levels

Every battle gives each hero of the team XP. When the XP bar is full, the player levels the hero up with the Level Up button in the team screen. XP stops at a full bar until the hero is leveled up. The top level is 59.

Each level makes a hero stronger in what its class does best, with about the same total growth for every class: warriors +1.4% max HP, +0.8% power and more armor; rogues +1.1% power, +0.7% max HP and more crit, speed and evade; mages +1.4% power, +0.7% max HP and more crit and resist; priests +1.0% power (stronger heals), +1.1% max HP and more resist. Levels belong to the hero: once the NFTs are connected to the game, a hero keeps its level and XP when it is sold or moved to another wallet.

Pace

Early levels come quickly and later ones take longer. With 3 battles a day and about half of them won, a hero reaches roughly level 10 in a week, level 30 in about a month and level 59 in about five months.

Level Up fee

Leveling up costs 25% of the $KNIGHT the hero earned at its current level. Because it follows what the hero actually earned, it is fair for every rarity and every level. The fee goes to the Treasury.

During the test phase, leveling up is free.

06. Play-to-Earn Rewards After TGE

  • The game opens after TGE. From then on, every win drops a reward chest for each hero. The chest holds $KNIGHT from the 35% P2E allocation, by the hero's rarity (section 3); in later stages chests can also hold small items, and the hardest bosses such as the Ancient Dragon can drop unique items (section 12).
  • Daily withdrawals. Earnings collect in your in-game balance and can be withdrawn every day: whatever you earn, you can withdraw the same day. The minimum withdrawal is $10 worth of $KNIGHT.
  • Withdrawal fee 5%. Taken by the smart contract when $KNIGHT leaves the game for your wallet. Converting $KNIGHT to USDT has a 2% fee.
  • Controlled emission. The daily battle limit per hero caps how many tokens can be earned each day.

07. Genesis Mint

The Genesis collection has 10,000 boxes. Each box holds one random hero (any faction, class and rarity) and is minted on Kalos. The mint runs in five phases:

Prices are set in US dollars. The mint is paid in HYPE, and because the HYPE price moves, the HYPE amount is set at mint time to match the dollar price of that day.

Mint revenue funds the game: servers, 3D content and development.

08. SocialFi Campaign

SocialFi rewards people who talk about KnightVerse on X. It runs on our own site (SocialFi page): you connect your X account, complete tasks and collect points. SocialFi points are separate from battle points.

Your own post must mention @_KnightVerse and use #KnightVerse; the team checks each post by hand before the points are added.

SocialFi rewards are not set yet; the team will announce them.

Accounts that unfollow, use bots or break the rules are removed from the ranking. One X account belongs to one player.

09. Test Phase & Airdrop

  • Holders only. The arena on the site today is an open preview that anyone can try. After the mint, the real test phase begins and only Genesis holders take part in it.
  • No token earnings during the test. Battles give points and XP, and leveling up is free.
  • Tester airdrop. The Airdrop allocation goes to the testers, the early supporters who joined first, based on the test-phase ranking. The details will be announced by the team. Airdropped tokens unlock 40% at TGE and the remaining 60% over 12 months.

Tokens earned in the game stay in the game until you withdraw them. Withdrawals, conversions and level-ups all take a share that goes to the Treasury. $KNIGHT also has real uses outside the battles: the store sells game products such as Knight Online e-pins at a discount, paid only with $KNIGHT, in-game items are bought and traded with $KNIGHT, and staking for store discounts keeps more $KNIGHT out of circulation (section 12). Together with the fixed supply, this demand balances the tokens the game pays out.

12. Store & In-Game Items Phase 3

In Phase 3, once the legal work is done, the KnightVerse store opens: game products such as Knight Online e-pins and premium codes, sold at a discount and paid with $KNIGHT. E-pins are sold at zero margin, as a service to players. Staking $KNIGHT gives an extra store discount of up to 8%. There is no card or bank-transfer top-up.

1,000,0004%
2,000,0005%
3,000,0008%

The top tier gives 8%; the staked amounts for each tier are a first draft and will be set before the store opens.

In-game items

Items come to the game later: weapons, jewelry, belts and other gear that heroes can put on and take off, each adding extra stats. Items live in the game itself (in the player's inventory on our servers), not as separate NFTs, so equipping them on a hero NFT stays simple and safe.

Players get items from treasure chests. A limited number of chests are sold on our site (priced in US dollars), and the chests are opened in the game; win reward chests and the hardest bosses can also drop items (section 6). Items are bought and sold between players on our site with $KNIGHT, so trading them feels like an NFT market while everything stays inside the game.

13. Fair Play & Security

  • Server-checked battles. The server picks every battle's random seed and replays each battle from the player's moves before any points or XP are added. A changed game client gains nothing.
  • Fair matchmaking. PvP rivals have the same rarity and the same level, so money alone does not win fights.
  • One person, one account. One X account per player, limits on new accounts per network, and a daily battle limit per hero.
  • Our own servers. The game, rankings and SocialFi data run on KnightVerse's own servers, not on third-party platforms.

15. Disclaimer

This whitepaper explains the KnightVerse game and its planned economy. It is not financial advice and not an offer of securities. $KNIGHT is a utility token for use in the KnightVerse game and store; nothing in this document promises profit or any price. Plans, numbers and dates may change as the project develops. Digital assets carry risk: only spend what you can afford to lose, and check the rules that apply in your country.
